Content Management System - CMS
A Content Management System (CMS) is used for creating and managing website content. It allows the business to delegate content updates to the individuals responsible for that particular area of the business. The updates can be completed with no prior website knowledge - it operates very similar to the common word processor.
Templates
The system uses templates which are created when deploying the CMS. This seperates your content from the "presentation" layer and grants great flexibilty to change your look and feel often, or display the same content to various types of users (ie broadband site, cellphone site, slow connection site, etc).
